This document will become a part of the contract document when the tour contract is concluded.

We accept your request to make domestic travel accommodation reservations for 14 or fewer persons under the conditions described in this “Travel Conditions”. Any matters not described in this “Travel Conditions” shall be in accordance with the Company’s General Terms and Conditions of Travel Business (arranged tour contract) and the inquiry screen of the relevant product on the Company’s website.

1. Application fee and conclusion of contract

    1. When applying for a trip, please fill in the necessary items on the “Reservation/Purchase Information Entry Screen” on the Company’s designated website, confirm the necessary agreement, and transmit the information to the Company by electromagnetic means.
    2. The contract for the requested tour (arranged tour contract) will be formed when the “Reservation Completion Screen,” which is a notification of the Company’s “acceptance” of the conclusion of the contract, reaches the customer, even without the payment of the application fee.
      However, even if the customer is unable to confirm the “Reservation Completion Screen” due to a malfunction of the receiving terminal or other circumstances on the customer’s side despite the Company’s transmission of the “Reservation Completion Screen” data, the contract will be formed. If you cannot confirm the reservation completion screen after sending the reservation, please confirm it by yourself by clicking “Confirm/Cancel Reservation” on the website.

2. conditions for application

    1. If you are in poor health, use a wheelchair or other equipment, have a physical or mental disability, are allergic to food or animals, are pregnant or may become pregnant, or are traveling with an assistance dog for the physically disabled (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) or require other special consideration, please contact us at the time of application to make sure we can accommodate you.     5. The use of rooms reserved through or in connection with this arrangement for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that any commercial activity or preparation for commercial activity is found, the arranged tour contract may be cancelled. 3.

    1. In the case of on-site payment, payment shall be made directly to the accommodation facility concerned on the date of use of the accommodation facility applied for.

In the case of advance payment, if an application is received from a credit card member of a credit card company affiliated with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “member”) on the condition of “receiving payment of the trip price and cancellation fee, etc. without the signature of the member” (hereinafter referred to as “correspondence contract”), payment by credit card will be as follows.
        • We will ask you to inform us of your “membership number, card expiration date”, etc. at the time of application.
        • “Date of credit card use” means the date of payment or refund of the tour fee, etc. The date of use of the card for the tour fee shall be “the date when the Company notifies the traveler of the details of the confirmed tour services”. The date of use of the credit card for the cancellation fee shall be “the date of request for cancellation of the contract (if the request for cancellation is made after the date of use of the credit card for the tour fee, the refund shall be made within 7 days from the day following the date of request)”.
        • If the member is unable to make payment by the credit card requested by the member due to credit or other reasons, or if the Company receives notification from the credit card company that the card is invalid, the Company will cancel the Communication Agreement and the following cancellation fee will be charged. However, this shall not apply if the payment of the tour fee is made in cash by the date separately designated by the Company.
        • When we have concluded a communication contract with a customer and expenses, etc. to be borne by the traveler arise due to cancellation of the contract at the discretion of the traveler or due to the responsibility of the traveler, we will accept payment of such expenses, etc. without the customer’s signature on the prescribed slip by the card of the partner company.
    3. Even after the contract has been concluded, the Company may change the tour fee in the event that the rates for accommodation facilities have been revised.

4. group/group arrangements

A number of travelers traveling on the same itinerary at the same time (hereinafter referred to as “members”) shall designate a responsible representative to be appointed by the Company. The following applies to a tour contract between two or more travelers (hereinafter referred to as “members”) who are traveling on the same itinerary at the same time and who have designated a responsible representative.

    1. The Company shall deem that the representative designated by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Responsible Contractor”) has the authority to act on behalf of the Company in all matters relating to the conclusion of the tour contract with the members of the tour group.
    2. We shall not be liable for any debt or obligation that the person responsible for the contract has now assumed or may assume in the future.
    3. The person responsible for the contract is required to submit a list of the members of the party by the date specified by the Company after the conclusion of the contract. The person responsible for the contract shall obtain the consent of the constituent members themselves for the provision of the information to a third party in accordance with clause
    4. If the person responsible for the contract does not accompany the group/group, after the commencement of the tour, a constituent member appointed by the person responsible for the contract in advance shall be deemed to be the person responsible for the contract.
    5. If the person responsible for the contract requests a change in the members of the group or group, we will comply with such request as much as possible. Any increase or decrease in the tour expenses resulting from a change in the members shall belong to the members.

5. our responsibility, compensation for damages, and disclaimer of liability

      In the event that the Company or its agents intentionally or negligently cause damage to the Participant in the performance of the tour contract, the Company shall compensate for such damage. However, this will be limited to cases where a claim is made within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage. In the case of damage to baggage, the Company will compensate up to 150,000 yen per traveler (except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company) if the claim is notified to the Company within 14 days from the day following the occurrence of the damage.

      The Company shall not be liable for compensation under the preceding paragraph if, for example, the customer suffers damages due to any of the following reasons.
      • Damage caused by natural disaster, war, riot, order of government authorities, fire, or suspension of services provided by accommodation facilities

      • Damage caused by the guest’s own willful misconduct or negligence. 4.

      • In the event that a customer violates these terms and conditions, uses this website fraudulently or illegally, or the Company deems that the customer has not entered true and accurate data, the Company may cancel the relevant unfulfilled reservation without prior notice and refuse the customer’s use of this website in the future.       • Customer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Website. 6. Non-applicability of Special Compensation Rules

The Special Compensation Regulations attached to the General Terms and Conditions of the Company’s Travel Agency shall not apply to this tour contract.

7. Handling of Personal Information

    1. When accepting an application for a tour, the Company shall obtain the customer’s personal information in accordance with the prescribed items. However, if the customer does not provide all or part of his/her personal information, the Company may not be able to contact the customer or take necessary procedures to arrange and receive travel services, and the Company may not be able to accept the customer’s application or request. In such cases, we may not be able to accept the customer’s application or request.
      The Travel Service Manager will handle the personal information obtained on behalf of the Personal Information Manager.
    2. In addition to using the personal information acquired in accordance with the preceding item to communicate with the customer, the Company will send the personal information acquired in accordance with the preceding item to the accommodation agency to the extent necessary for the arrangement of travel services and procedures for receiving such services on the tour for which the customer has applied, by sending the personal information to the accommodation agency by electronic means, etc. in advance. The Company will provide the personal information acquired in accordance with the preceding item to the accommodation agency to the extent necessary for the arrangement of travel services and receipt of such services.     3.     4. We will share with our group companies the minimum range of customer personal data that is necessary to contact customers, such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. These group companies may use this information for their own business guidance, to simplify your application, to inform you of events, etc., and to send you purchased products. Information on Accommodation Charges

In principle, service charge and consumption tax are included in the room charge handled by the Company (service charge and consumption tax may not be charged in some cases). If other taxes (e.g. bath tax, local tax, accommodation tax) are required, please pay them separately to the local accommodation facilities.

Cancellation Fee Information

    1. Cancellation fees are based on the terms and conditions of each accommodation facility and will be displayed on the website as an explanation of the terms and conditions of the transaction.
    2. If you cancel your reservation, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
    3. In the event that the contents of the tour are changed at the request of the customer, such as a change of accommodation dates or plans, or a change in the number of persons in the tour due to a decrease in the number of reserved rooms, the customer shall bear the cancellation fee to be paid to the accommodation agency. In addition, any increase or decrease in the tour fee resulting from such change in the contents of the arranged tour contract shall belong to the traveler.
      • The rate of cancellation charge shall be applied to the room charge “exclusive of taxes and service charge”.
      • The treatment on the day of stay shall also be in accordance with the individual Accommodation Clauses. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel at the time specified in the accommodation agreement (or if the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, after the time specified in the accommodation agreement), the accommodation contract may be deemed to have been cancelled by the guest and the accommodation contract may be treated as cancelled by the guest. In such a case, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. In such a case, the hotel will treat it as a no-show and charge the cancellation fee for no-show as indicated on the reservation/purchase information confirmation screen.
